Blade & Rose is a British children’swear label that has gone global, known for its trendy leggings and matching tops and shoes.
Blade & Rose was founded in 2010 during her maternity leave. After becoming sick of seeing the same old dull patterns on kids’ leggings, they decided to make some prototypes with more contemporary, eye-catching patterns.
After much discussion and three prototype revisions, Blade & Rose was finally released to the public.
Blade & Rose has never wavered from its original promise to use premium yarn in every one of its creations. It all began with the concept that the fabric for their leggings should be gentle enough to use on a baby’s skin, but yet durable, functional, easy to clean, and comfortable to wear all day.
I know I’m not alone in this predicament; the first three designs sold out immediately after being distributed to a broad range of high-end, independent children’s clothing retailers and gift shops.
She was a full-time worker, took excellent care of my two small children, and spent the next six months nurturing Blade & Rose. By the end, it had paid off. Surprising as it may appear, they have been serving the neighborhood for 12 years.
While a husband and wife formed Blade & Rose initially, they have since been joined by a fantastic group of people.
Their British family business has a global presence, being represented in countries as diverse as Japan, China, Taiwan, the UAE, New Zealand, and Australia, as well as in Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Greece, and the UAE.
Adding new best-selling items and complementary accessories is part of Blade & Rose‘s strategy to broaden their product offering.
