CULINARY TEAM

Reuel Vincent worked as a prep cook at the Creative Catering Agency before joining ONE Dine at One World Observatory as an executive chef. He never went to school to learn how to cook but he took his time at the Agency to learn everything that he could about the restaurant business; he worked hard and was dedicated.

Before joining the ASPIRE team, Vincent was the Banquet Chef who was in charge of the VIP clients and the yearly occasions. He currently oversees all things food and beverage at the Observatory which are ONE Café, ONE Mix, ONE Dine restaurant and bar, and ASPIRE, a private dining hall.
