Why has my reward not been paid yet?
It takes 60 days to become eligible for a reward. The two months of qualifying use begin on the day your referral (Friend / Family member) activates the SIM card by inserting it into a mobile device and beginning to use it. Your referral won’t be eligible for a reward unless they make two payments within 60 days of activation.
What if my friend cancels their plan after 3 months?
