Why has my reward not been paid yet?
There is a 60-day window in which to get the bonus. The two months of qualifying use begin on the day your referral (Friend / Family member) activates the SIM card by placing it in a mobile device and initiating use. Your referral won’t be eligible for a reward unless they make two payments within 60 days of activation.
What if my friend cancels their plan after 3 months?
They’re sure your friend will enjoy staying with them because their plans are inexpensive and give them plenty of freedom of choice. Nonetheless, the recommendation will no longer be eligible for a reward if the referred customer cancels their plan during the first 60 days after purchase.
My referral purchased multiple SIMs. Do I earn money for all of them?
Multiple purchases made by the same friend using your referral link and meeting the requirements outlined here will be counted as separate referrals.
What if my referral buys a Free SIM and then makes a purchase later?
Your referral will not be valid unless your buddy also purchases one of the eligible SIM Only plans from this page in addition to receiving a free SIM from you.
