About Fat Face
Back in 1988, when our company was first started, our founders Tim and Jules were having a great time on the slopes, but they were running out of money, so they came up with a plan to print some t-shirts and sweatshirts, sell them at night, and ski during the day.
The name of the challenging black mountain ski run in Val d’Isère, La Face, served as the inspiration for the creation of FatFace.
